The International Monetary Fund (IMF) announced its latest budget on April 22, with the executive board approving no real changes for the eighth consecutive year.

Budget papers for fiscal 2020 say the IMF’s net administrative budget will be $1.16 billion, only in line with inflation compared with 2019, meaning the fund will need to make cost savings to meet several new spending priorities.
