Data from Communications Benchmarks 2022 shows that central banks that were involved earlier in the decision-making process rated their effectiveness higher.
Similar to last year’s benchmark, most officials said their communications teams were involved in the early stages of key policy decisions (45%). The central banks in this group also rated themselves the most efficient (5.35).
