Almost all central banks provide training to staff in their communications departments, particularly in areas such as writing, public speaking and social media use.
Of the benchmark respondents, 91 percent said they provide training to communications staff. Only three central banks indicated that they do not provide training. One commented that the training was organized by the HR team and not within the communications team.
