How to Get a Free Pass to TechCrunch Disrupt 2023
We are looking for more great volunteers to support our events team. Give us eight hours, and we’ll give you a free general admission ticket to use on all three days of Disrupt!
Plus, when you’re done with your volunteer shift, you can check out all the activity on the Disruption Phase and the Builders Phase. We’ve just added a space stage to six other new industry-specific stages. Plus, you’ll have access to all the breakout sessions and roundtable discussions you can handle. Check out the Disrupt agenda – we’re adding more sessions every week.
Don’t forget to come to the show floor to meet and network with the Startup Battlefield 200 companies. The top 20 of these startups will go on to compete for $100,000 in equity-free prize money in the epic Startup Battlegrounds pitch competition — free to watch for a small investment of your time.

Volunteer duties at TechCrunch Disrupt 2023
We need you to help us reach over 10,000 attendees and volunteers to handle various tasks to help make this Startup Conference a memorable experience for everyone. At any given time, you can:
- Help with check-in.
- Assist the speaker.
- direct participants.
- Provide customer support.
- Place signage.
- Scan the badge.
- Support for vendor settings.
Please note: The board, lodging and transportation expenses of the work exchange volunteers shall be borne by themselves. Additionally, you must attend a mandatory orientation meeting on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 3:00pm to 4:30pm (PDT). All volunteers worked at least 8 hours during the meeting. Due to the high volume of applications, we will only notify selected applicants.
