according to a study from Nationwide and the Human Animal Bond Institute 90% of employees in pet-friendly workplaces feel connected to company missiondedicate themselves to their work and are willing to recommend their employer to others.
Research shows that fewer than 65 percent of employees in workplaces where pets are not welcome feel the same in the long run.
