Have you ever submitted your resume? everywhere no result? There is no email. There is no callback. There are no interviews. It’s bad, isn’t it? I had this experience a few years ago. Then a profound realization changed everything for me. I realized…

You have to make an irresistible offer.

A boring, traditional resume won’t work.

See, employers and recruiters are used to seeing the same thing over and over: austere resumes and cover letters.they are dying Get something fresh. something that makes an impact.what is that Irresistible.

We’ve all thrown boring resumes during the job search. But now, it’s time for an update. Here are three ways you can change your job search strategy to actually guarantee you the job:

1. Demonstrate that you earn more than you spend

This is a fact: You need to make your employer profitable.

That means hiring you comes at a price. Likewise, the work you do brings in income.

So, what’s the easiest way to actually guarantee you get the job you’re applying for? Simply demonstrate that, based on past results, you will generate more revenue for the business than it costs.

For example, a campaign I came up with and helped my former employer pay my annual salary in a matter of weeks. It’s solid, tangible and quantifiable proof that I’m getting my money’s worth.

So, if you haven’t already, start thinking of measurable ways you can bring revenue to the company, and then put those detailed examples on your resume. The numbers will tell.

2. Provide solid proof that you can perform

Testimonials from reliable people—whether they’re mentors, colleagues, employers, or teachers—are one of the best ways to demonstrate past performance and character. Past performance combined with character (cultural fit) is an important factor employers look for in potential employees.

The good news is that LinkedIn has made collecting these testimonials easier than ever. So if you haven’t already, think of some people who could give you great referrals and ask them for help. They can have a huge impact on your job search.

3. Work to learn, not to make money

When you’re just starting out and you don’t have proof of results or solid referrals, the best way to get your feet in the door (if you can’t successfully network into a company) is to use a job for free for a week, or even up to three months.

In fact, by offering three months of free work, I got my dream job – my dream position. Now, of course, you don’t want to do that for any employer. Only offer this if you’re fairly certain that free work will lead to a job that will open up a world of opportunity for you within 2-3 years.

That’s what it did for me, and that’s what it can do for you.

Bonus: Stand out online!

Your extra tip is to stand out online. Why?

When you apply, the first thing any employer will do is Google your name. What if what they found so surprised them that they immediately shortlisted you for the position?

That’s what happens with a great online presence. Today, this is easier than ever to achieve. You don’t have to be tech-savvy, just know how to optimize your LinkedIn profile and get your personal brand known to colleagues, recruiters and hiring managers.

We know the interview process can be stressful and exhausting. By doing these four things when you’re looking for a job, you’re almost guaranteed to get one!
